Directions

Tram and bus tickets can be bought at news agents, ticket machines, (designated spots) and in some vehicles. Alternatively you can also buy a ticket using the moBiLET mobile app. You can check the tram and bus timetables and plan your journey through the city on jakdojade.pl.

If you’re thinking about using public transport, it may be worth checking the “24-hours ticket for the whole weekend” offer. If you use a 24-hour ticket between 8pm on Friday and 12pm on Saturday, it will be usable until 12pm on Sunday.

Of course, you can use Uber or call a taxi.


Lunch

Lunch will be provided on both days at the hotel restaurant and its price is included in your tournament entry fee.

If you’re a coffee lover, you can buy a tasty cup of coffee at the same spot. Snacks and sweets can also be bought there.


EMA Referee Seminar

Participants limit: 10

Registration fee: 80 PLN (~18 EUR), lunch included (paid on the spot)

Synopsis:
The content is split into 3 major parts:

  • Rules and regulations, clarification and motivation of the rules and regulations used by EMA
  • Behaviour, how to act as referee in a different situations, and how to interact with the players
  • Certification, an individual written test to examine if the participant has grasped the key points, a certain score is needed for the certification to be granted

The content is focused on RCR, but some is also relevant for MCR.

The participants are expected to read the rules (EMA Riichi Rules 2016 version) carefully before the seminar. The seminar and test will be in English.
